Refund’s & Returns policy
Cancellation/Returns/Refunds
You can cancel your order with in two weeks of making it.

2- Funds are deducted from your pay pal or credit card immediately
Taking these two points in to consideration
If you wish to return/cancel any order and receive a refund (if it is NOT damaged)–
This must be done within two weeks (14days) of the original order
The product must be in its ORIGINAL & UNOPENED condition
You are responsible for the costs of the return shipping and any additional duties will be deducted from the final refund
A refund will not be issued until we have received the order at our postal address in an acceptable condition.

Damaged Goods
If you receive a damaged product or your order is not in an acceptable condition we will be more than happy to exchange your product or refund the purchase price. However, refunds and exchanges are only issued during the 30 days following your purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please email thepeople@divezing.com for further instructions and our return shipping address.
Please note – you will be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damaged product before sending it back to us
